• A customer or subscriber can place the cancellation of the service, he is goin to avail from Supple soft within 7-10 days of service agreement via email and personally contacting with the authorized person at Supple soft.
• No cancellation is possible thereafter 10 days of agreement/ mutual consent and where effort/cost has been already invested by Supple soft in course of development, planning or discussions.
• In no case, Supple soft will entertain cancellation requests made for any physical or onetime costing product that can not be reverted back or depends over third party services.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.
• An ongoing solution or services will be considered as cancel if any pending payment is not received within 7 working days from the day of demand generated.

• Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
• There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a service. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
• No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges or consultation charges .
• Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
• No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
• Supple soft is not liable to pay any refund if delay or service disruption takes place due to third party involvement where asked service has direct dependency upon.
